I'm not sure where I got the dress (Kohl's maybe on clearance), but it is Meghan's favorite piece of clothing.
At this point on our trip she had already worn it 2 days, so I buried in the suitcase with the used clothes, and she dug it out and carried it around until we dressed her in it...
