So I had a contest up a week ago and then took it down (5 days later) because no one had responded to it, and I have since heard from several people that they were "researching" for the answers.

Hopefully this will be a little easier, with it being multiple choice... The prize will be a handmade hotpad/washcloth inches(note: the brownies are not included, but the size of the hotpad is approximately 6x8).

1st Blog Anniversary!

WOW! Can you believe it has already been a year? Actually I can, since life just gets busier and busier.

Let's hope this next year provides ample blogging stories...

Need your response

I'm having some difficulty with the background of my blog not showing up on certain computers and web browsers.

When I view my blog at work on my mac using firefox, IE, or Safari, or my linux using firefox or konqueror, I see the background being white with small pink flowers (what I want). However when I am at home and using a pc with windows (ugh), I see a pale yellow background, whether using firefox or IE. This is also the computer that I made the blog template on, so I don't understand it.

So, this is where all my readers come in. Can you comment on what background you see and what computer platform and web browser you are using?

Pizza making men and a mess...

We enjoy eating and making pizza, especially since the bread maker mixes the dough. I (Heather) usually preps all the ingredients, while Joe and Jase get the dough ready. This time when I brought the toppings from the kitchen to the dining room table, this is what I found (note that this is only part of the mess - Jase managed to get the flour everywhere this time (even between his toes) and he had already had his bath...





The yummy pizza's we had this time were BBQ chicken with pineapple and onions, and a kid-friendly 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni pizza.
